Shipping policy

We offer Free Shipping on all items within the continental United States (excluding outlying areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico).

Nearly all items in our store ship directly from our Maryland warehouse. Most orders are shipped by the end of the next business day after your purchase.

Exceptions include custom-made products and a small number of our MOC (brick toy) items, which may require additional processing time.

We use trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships—so you’ll always know where it is.
